Welcome to the website for the WWE Securities Litigation.

If you purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded common stock of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE” or the “Company”) during the period from February 7, 2019, through February 5, 2020, inclusive, and were damaged thereby, you are a member of the Settlement Class.

The Court held a Settlement Hearing telephonically on June 30, 2021, to decide whether to approve the Settlement, and approved the Settlement. The Settlement provides a gross amount of $39,000,000.00 (the “Settlement Amount”), plus interest earned thereon, if any, minus attorneys’ fees, costs, administrative expenses, and taxes, to pay claims of eligible claimants.

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, in order to be potentially eligible to share in the distribution of the Net Settlement Fund, you must have submitted a Claim Form no later than June 10, 2021. Payments will be made to eligible Settlement Class Members who timely submitted valid Claim Forms after the Court awards attorneys’ fees and expenses and any appeals are resolved. Please be patient.

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, your legal rights will be affected whether you act or do not act. If you do not act, and you are a member of the Settlement Class, you will permanently forfeit your right to recover on any claim you might have in the Action. Therefore, you should read the Notice carefully.
